Early RAP 12" story (Pt.03)Last addition for this year to our new serie of post relating the early 12" singles of RAP, is the GRAND GROOVE records. This record label was helded by Brad OSBORNE. Very closed in musical direction to CAPO records, GRAND GROOVE Records provided a bunch of ten releases that are HIP HOP hit reprise. This label is famous for provinding the T-SKI classic "!Catch The Beat!". All the tracks were performed by the group GRAND GROOVE ORCHESTRA that probably included Brad OSBORNE and Glen ADAMS. None of the releases never charted the Bilboard charts. In 1987 the label was reactivate by T.C OSBORNE for two more 12" singles, especially the BROADNAX & ROBINSON "Go For Yours" single mixed by Patrick ADAMS.
