Early RAP 12" story (pt.07)1982 saw the FRILLS records appearing on the scene for a short shot !!!. This "Peoples Label" was the FRANKIE SMITH result of his previous commercial success with "Double Dutch Bus". Building this label, he probably thought he would encountered more success. However this short live label delivered us tracks from Frankie, KOOL KYLE. If you've never heard the "Double Dutch II" track, try to find it, it's an heavy funky track from frankie, much more better than the original. Re-lived this area and enjoy our high quality scans.
