Early RAP 12" story (pt.09)This bronx located record label was in fact a cross-over genre label. Reggae oriented, from JAMAICA, Joe GIBBS (aka Joe GIBSON) openned an U.S division to distribute his jamaican releases. As, you may know, "toasting" was common to reggae and RAP M.C's. That's the reason why, some recordings of JOE GIBBS are pure RAP reprises. Re-lived this area and enjoy our high quality scans.
